Application for Guild Membership

This application includes submission of original artwork.
Yearly Membership Fee - $ 50.00 due at the first meeting you attend.
Other fees, as determined by the Guild, may be charged for participation in special events
(e.g. annual show & sale, workshops, plein airs and outings).

The Guild operates with the co-operation of its member volunteers. The Guild’s Constitution requires that a member attends monthly meetings and participates in guild activities, as well as acts on volunteer portfolios, committees, and sub-committees.

4. Sample submission. Please list titles of t hree (3) samples of artwork to complete the application . Send images of these samples listed below to [email protected]. *

5. Sponsored by (name of Guild member, if you have one, but it is not mandatory) *

The Guild members will review your application and vote on fit within the membership guidelines. You will be contacted with the result of the vote for membership. Upon acceptance, you will receive a copy of the Constitution & By-laws and a Membership List from the Membership Coordinator. Membership takes effect at the first meeting you attend when the fee is paid. Please make cheque payable to: South Grenville Guild of Fine Art and submit it to the Treasurer at that time.
