Terrie Chedore is an emerging artist with many years of art education and experience. She studied at the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design as well as the Ottawa School of Art. Terrie also holds a Bachelor of Theological Studies in Diaconal Ministry. Terrie creates art that is theologically grounded -- pieces that challenge the status quo, that encourage love of nature and the environment, that heal and nurture the soul. For the past two years, she has been building her skills as a pastel artist. She also works in acrylic and watercolour. Terrie is a Licensed Lay Worship Leader in the United Church of Canada and brings her artwork into the worship time. She enjoys working with individuals and groups as they creatively explore and express the meaning of God in their lives and in the world. Terrie moved to Iroquois in 2011 with her husband, Bill. She is a member of The South Grenville Guild of Fine Art in Prescott, and the Focus Art Association in Cornwall.
